I have a 1.1 Gig processor and some games (Unreal Tournament 2003) still finds it a bit slow. UT2003 is a ludicrously powerful game though. I probably need more RAM.

pretty much anything with guns. First Person Shooters are my favourite, Quake, Half-Life and the like....
I play quite a lot of Command & Conquer as well.

no, not really...strangely enough...
my life generally just does what it wants and i'm along for the ride...
but, it would seem, computer games are different. i guess i just like being able to control a whole civilisation....

Sim City 2000 was the only 'god game' I played properly. You can never seem to win the game though...

the point is, you can build a gigantic empire and watch it become self-sufficient. and pharoah, once that happens, the graphics are so cool, you can just sit and watch for hours.

only the most beautiful game ever (graphics wise.) It's a FPS, but when the original Unreal came out it was also a beautiful game, but the gameplay was crap.
I've got £40 I'm willing to spend, either on Unreal 2 (which has actually got good reviews) or Command & Conquer Generals.
