Hi Peanut thanks, things are going more smoothly but I still wonder why the forward arrow doesn't work here? It works fine with other websites. Maybe I should try a different skin ...

The forward arrow does work in Brunel! Another problem sort of solved.

the last thing I would have done is change skin, I feel so lost if I am not in my goo 
I think I would have 'worked around' and opened another tab or page to view the conversation

yeah I kmow that that arrow never works in Pliny, I'm sure that has already appeared on the buglist for Pastey. I agree it is aggravating.

Hi folks! Today went well, I made three sketches, scanned them in, and edited them a bit with my new Photoshop program. There are some differences to the old one, but I am learning how to get what I want done. Y'all will see the sketches in The Post soon I hope!
Haven't yet tried stitching two pictures together ... also haven't yet tried connecting my camera to the computer.
Did write an article today, with the 'starter' version of Word that came with this computer. I am hoping I can get the proper version from my sister next time, they bought a Microsoft Office program that can be installed on three computers, so after they install it on theirs they can legally install it on mine as well. We spoke about that in the shop, I hope they remember.

It is good here you are getting to grips with it. I am impressed, especially as I wouldn't know where to start stitching stuff and the like.
As for changes with things with which I am familar, I was flummoxed when IE updated and 'helpfully' put my favourites on right not the left
