Hello! Nice to meet you! I will try to keep up to the Post - past experience reminds me its the place to start the week on h2g2! Like the rest of the world, I've always known about the Titanic, and its more important to me now that I live where the biggest concentration of Titanic graves are. Once our weather warms up a bit I intend to go to Fairview Cemetery to take pictures of the graves for my facebook photo albums.

My daughter-in-law plays classical piano, and all manner of music on guitar, as well as tin whistle, recorder, and I don't know what else. She sings in various languages, but I don't know about Celtic music. I love to watch her play guitar - her fingers dance on the strings! Her sister plays fiddle, and writes music as well. They're both extremely talented!

My Cleo is a dark coloured Calico, 11 years old, almost. She was born on a farm in Manitoba, and flew out here with me when I moved almost 2 years ago. The Kids' cat is part Maine Coon and has the "puffy pants" and huge plume tail. He's a big, beautiful animal.

Please add me to your friends list!

Great to have such talented in-laws. Music goes a long way to improving health and longevity. D has had some violin lessons and is a fine pianist and accompanist.

Your cats sound really lovely. DG and I brought back a lovely calico cat from Greece.Nike was a fine cat and first class hunter. She decimated localbird populations though. Sadly she came across some anti-freeze and had to cross the rainbow bridge as did our beloved Ariel, the wonderful shih tzu who was our companion for 14 years.

The cat I had before Cleo was a great hunter. She lived to the ripe old age of 15, and simply died of old age! Cleo is strictly indoors. From a kitten she was terrified of the world outside the window! I have a perch for her in the window, and being 10 floors up, and on a hill, the sea gulls fly past the windows. The first time she saw a huge coastal gull she leaped from her perch right to the floor and hid under the bed! Now she's used to them, and sometimes doesn't even pay much attention to them. Cleo's my best friend, and favourite companion - does that make me a crazy cat lady? Now that I live along, she's great company, and I just don't know what I'd do without her!
