They were discussing personalised smileys in one of the forums.. actually it was mine so I am smug about that. 
Does anyone know what happened to that idea??
They were talking about it when I sort of publicly announced the big secret of html in forums in the subject line (whoops, now they got that privilege taken away and it's all my fault for opening my bloody big mouth 
) I'm not too sure about any of it, I'll ask someone.. I'll come back here with news I promise..

Maybe they could give us some sort of limited html. Like GuideML, but without anything that could turn nasty. Images are fine, links are too, javascript would be a big no-no.

Oooh yeah. Do not remind me. BTW thanks for helping me get rid of it after, even though it disappeared a few days later.
Actually, they could limit the size (hasn't this already been mentioned) of the pictures and prevent thins like music and java etc. And large fonts. So the only thing would be small pictures. What's the point no i don't see one either it'd be the same really.
Although personalised fish would be nice.
*HINT HINT* to the TDV people

I've discovered why they aren't working! Fenny used to keep the fish at
http://geocities.com/soho/coffeehouse/2495/h2g2/ but the folder's now empty.
Our fish have disappeared!
