What have you been up to lately, anything exciting? We've been to stay with Mum etc. for a week or so. They're helping Wend move this week. Wendy is buying a house in Wellington (near Taunton) with her partner Andy. Mum and Dad will be joining them in a month or so, as Stell, Massimo and Holly move into a smaller house that they've bought to rent out when the move to Italy in December. At least, that's the plan this week! I can't keep up sometimes!!
Back to Dr who, anything you'd like to see in this new batch? SFX (do you read it?) were saying flying daleks to solve the stairs problem!! I'm actually one of the bods that liked K9! no, I am NOT sad!smiley - winkeye

I liked K9 too, and I'm not afraid to admit it! It's our age group, I suppose. As for flying Daleks, we'll see. Apparently someone tried to do it before, but the shot had to be abandoned because the Terry Nation Estate (who co-own the copyright) objected. At least one has been seen to hover up stairs, though.smiley - cool I'm more of a cyberman fan personally...

Not much to tell, otherwise. It was the Music Festival in Dartmouth last weekend, which was fun, although the weather could have been kinder.

Did you have a jolly time at the festival? What sort of music do you like these days? Now I'm in my thirties( how did we get to be so OLD?)I can come clean and say - I like folk music - so there!smiley - blush
Cybermen scare the willies out of me. It's those expressionless faces - brrrrrrrr! Now you mention it, I think I do remember a dalek riding upstairs on a yellow beam of some kind, bit like an escalator.
T.V. wise, I'm still glum because they've cancelled 'Angel'! Which reminds me, Have you seen 'Tru Calling'? Have only seen the Pilot so far, but my over riding impression was of boobs running through a city. It has potential, even though the talking corpses are spooky.
Must dash, both children snotty!!!

I haven't seen Tru Calling (I don't have Sky) though I read a very bad review of it in SFX the other day! I never got into Angel due to the ridiculous times that Channel 4 broadcast it which mean that I've only seen a handful of episodes; I was a great fan of Buffy though.

Nothing wrong with folk music. There was some excellent stuff at the music festival, though not as much as previous years. I'm still pretty unmusical. Some things I like, some I don't...

You're still just as difficult to pin down!!smiley - biggrin
Tell me about being unmusical! i was doing the ironing the other day, singing along to Simon and Garfunkel. Mark rushed in and said 'What's the matter, Mummy? Have you got a tummy ache?'
How long til the Dartmouth regatta? Will you be partakeing of merriment?
