Things is good... I'm readjusting to this time zone, but I can't wait to go back for soooo many reasons. (Seeing Richard again wasn't the only reason that I had a good time in the UK - I seem to jive with it rather well in a way I've never really meshed with the US 
). Just about to buy my tickets for this autumn... and then I've just got the next 7 weeks to get through relatively sane.

O dear... how warm is it here?
(it was a mere 85 F here today... I've gotten so accustomed to UK weather that I think *that*'s blistering hot!)

That's not so different to what we've had here today. The weather forecasters reckon we might even break the 100F barrier in the next couple of days.
