Like a log - unusual for me.

I've done pretty well nothing today, and enjoyed every minute of it.

Well, I've only been up for *looks at clock* and hour and a half, and I've got to because I friend of mine should be over any minute (she's taking me maternity clothes shopping)

Been very busy at work. We've had something of a heatwave here the past few days, very unusual for England in April. It's meant lots of tourists, and a busier Easter holiday than usual...

How are you?

Yeah, I'd gathered it was unusually warm for awhile there... Busy here all morning. On Poets, I reconcile the bank statements, and one of our banks had messed up the day before, and fixed it just in time to make lots of work for me... And we had a big mailing we had to get out today, so I've some work from yesterday to do before I leave early for a dentist appointment...

On top of everything, we had to be ready all day yesterday for a 'surprise' visit by our Regional Director. He didn't turn up!

We knew that he was in the area, and he nearly always visits our store when he is.
Luckily, our store always works like a well-oiled machine, so we didn't have to prepare too hard!
