Cold and snuffly to be fair. Enjoying the winter more than the summer though, none of that nasty sun stuff about to make life hell smiley - smiley

It's a tad quiet online these days is it not? hootoo is strange. I'm not here in a full capacity, but pop in to see how people are doing. So few are about really. So many other thingites have abandoned ship. All wrong. I don;t like change smiley - sadface

Heigh ho. Onwards. I'm away to post a request in my journal, hope somebody reads it smiley - smiley

I like crisp, bright winter days, but it's a bit too cold and damp for me today - it gets into my old bones, y'know!

I haven't really been about the Thingite threads much lately, mainly because most of them take so long to load on my current lousy conection. I've been doing my bit in PR, though, and posting in a couple of other odd areas. Unfortunately, I haven't been about that much in the last month, due to some unexpected work-related things.

I'm not planning on disappearing, though! Mind you, it looks like I may be offline for a couple of weeks shortly...

I'm lucky as we have broadband. It makes certain things easier, but does mean I spend far too much time online. I need to get myself sorted out and get Eris back into the rounds of playgroups and such we used to do, but thus far it's not working. Maybe after the seasonal stuff has passed we'll get back to normal.

I've pretty much abandoned the thingite threads because I hardly know anybody. i know the solution would be to get in there and introduce myself, but I fear I haven't the inclination right now. I kepp in touch with Clive and Amy and some other h2g2 researchers through LiveJournal and that's pretty much itsmiley - smiley

Well, I ought to go make myself a cup of smiley - coffee to warm my fingers. It doesn't matter what temperature I have the heating on, the floor never seems warm and the cold travels straight to my fingertips. Take care, and if you're not online for a while I hope you have a couple of good books and some to keep you entertainedsmiley - smiley
