Apparently, this is an extra-special, whiz-bang type of common sense; that used for holy purposes.
A brief google results in about 696,000 hits for "sanctifed common sense".
The above seems to be the typical intended meaning, although I could not find an 'official' definition

Ok, maybe I don't get out much, but how the can people invent such utter rubbish, and do so with a straight face?
Interestingly, one site, which listed the qualifications for Deacons, had this to say:
""Sanctified common sense" is a misnomer. There is no such thing. Common sense is the ordinary thinking of man. And the ordinary thinking of man is the thinking of the carnal mind. And the carnal mind is enmity against God (Rom. 8:7). Therefore one might as well talk about sanctified enmity against God as to talk about sanctified common sense. God’s estimate of man’s sense will be found in Jas. 3:15. Much harm results from trying to carry on God’s business after the manner of secular business."

...Taliesin, First off, I could never be sanctified, and secondly, I don't possess common sense, so I suppose I am behind the Eight Ball to start with...
At least I can work my way upwards...

Does this mean, then, that non-believers have damned common sense?

That makes sense....no, wait I mean that makes damn good sense... oh crap, is that taking someone's name in vain...no, wait it's just scatalogical. Is scata logic like common logic? No, I got it wrong again....that makes sanctified uncommon logic? Yeah, that's it.
