"The isotopic ratios in these globules show that they formed at temperatures of about -260° C, near absolute zero," said Scott Messenger, NASA space scientist and co-author of the paper. "The organic globules most likely originated in the cold molecular cloud that gave birth to our Solar System, or at the outermost reaches of the early Solar System."

I'm not sure who chose what, or whether it was he or she. It is not recent news either. The Aborigines here have a different take on the beginnings of Earth, and sometimes it makes you wonder...smiley - magic

Sorry, but one more posting on what is important:

1) Is it more important to know where we came from?

2) Is it more important to know where we are going to?

3) Is it more important to do well while we are here?

Only the individual can say.

In my opinion:

do well is first

where we came from helps us to know how to do well and gives us hints of where we are going. (of course,I'm speaking collectively when I talk of where we are going: each of us, as an individual, is going to the worms.)

Well replied, and may we all end up as worm casts...at least we can fertilise the soil...smiley - cheers.

It has always been said "Learn from the past, and you will know the future" try telling the Bush's, Blair's, Howard's et al...never mind what God we may or may not believe in, or whether there was a Big Bang or not.

We know not where we have come from, and we know not where we are going to.

Enjoy the life now and care for each other, drink and be merry.smiley - cheers
