Yep, that's what it says, right at the bottom of the 'Researchers with the most postings in the last 24 hours' list at <./>info</.>. 
I don't think I've ever made that list before. That's what I get for staying up all night, finding threads to post to while everyone else is asleep!
This one will be number 32, of course.... hmm.

...about to hit the road for Washington, DC. Lloyd and I will be attending/documenting the peace rally there on Saturday. I'll post any interesting stories right here in my journal, I guess. The agenda for today, however, is to get halfway up the Blue Ridge Parkway, a scenic drive through the Appalachians, to a hostel in Galax, Virginia. Hopefully we won't get lost in the back-roads around Ducktown, Tennessee, where we've got a short-cut planned.

the trans-Atlantic fool

Ok, so I'm flying in... 5 hours. DFW to London, London to Nairobi. This is the last time in a while that I'll be going to Africa. I'm dropping off some computers, and collecting my personal effects that I left over there last time. I still intend to go back there for buying and selling when I get things organized a bit better, but I won't be living in Nairobi anymore. It's not a very nice town, really.
This time, I've got 5 days planned in Kenya, and then I'll be in England for a weekend on my way back to the States. I'm very excited about meeting some up with some h2g2 people in England!
I don't really have much to journal about right now. I still haven't really finished packing, but I still have 5 hours before the flight; that's 2 1/2 houre before I need to be at the airport.... no problem. The more I travel, the less I find I pack, anyway.
For now, I'll post this journal, relax for a minute, and let the soothing noises of Sonic Youth massage my soul. . . . . . . .
