There is only one thing worse than being Gosho, and that is not being Gosho Started conversation Jun 16, 2005
I just watched the Gordon Ramsey programme about Momma Cherris Soulfood Shack in Brighton... you ever see that one? Ever eaten there? I've no idea when the show was originally broadcast (I guess there should've been a copyright date at the end but I didn't look for it). It looked ike a few places I've eaten at in Brighton - there was one place called Annie's I used to enjoy but I know that it hasn't been called that for a long time. It was somewhere just to the south of The Lanes... I've no idea what the address was - I'd have to hunt for it.
Jeez, that bloke swears more than I do

That episode was shown on UK TV about 3 weeks ago now. No, I've never eaten there, though I might now that I know about it. There are, as you know, milions of restaurants of one sort or another in this town, so it's nigh on impossible to get round to them all.
The show is in its second series now, and a third is being commissioned. I think it is a fantastic format, as it allows Gordon Ramsey to show, 'passionately' , just how passionate he is about food. Great fun

I've seen a couple of them nowm and I must admit that my view of him as a foul-mouthed boor has changed considerably. I'm always impressed by people who know their business inside out and are bloody good at it.
