Okay, Hi. I was wondering if you could tell me a place to get headers and footnotes. I can't seem to find the page. Im not new here, I just had a problem with my password and all. (I was, Hushpaw.)

OK, lets see what I can do..
For headers you need to use the following GuideML code
this is my header here
and for footnotes...
This is a footnote
