My turn as a scout has come around again and I was able to recommend the vo2 max entry for the edited guide, I hope the big cheese editors will let it in, fingers crossed.

Wow - thanks. I suppose it was done! I coudln't think of much esle to add. Just the way it flowed from formal to informal. But that's what the expert editors are for.
