i had actually been on h2g2 right when it started awhile ago, but i lost my internet connection and was not able to visit h2g2 for a very long time indeed, so i know my way around pretty much. the site has gotten much, much bigger since i was last here, i can't believe it! it hasn't changed so much, though, that i don't know what i'm doing, which is nice. anyway, thanks for continuing the conversation, i'm always looking to make new friends (especially when they know about Douglas Adams!), so keep in touch?

i found my old user identity, but i don't have that email anymore, so i can't have the password (which i of course don't remember) sent to me- the Question- is there anything i can do about this, or should i just give up on the old user identity and start fresh with this new one?
