I am pretty confident that no two nutters are at all alike on this site. And I have met quite a few of them.

How's yer day been? I found myself out of stuff to learn, so they booted us out at 11:30. Oh darn, a free Friday afternoon ...

*giggles* that's always good... I'm just relaxing at home as next week will be very busy..

It's past noon, and I've opted to sip my favourite intoxicant. It seems that I missed an anniversary, ... 29 years ago Wednesday, I put a hand on that non-denominational book, and pledged allegiance to the Queen, her heirs and successors.

Better late than never on the intoxicants..

I'm not quite prepared for adult beverages at this point.. so I'm enjoying a grilled cheese sammy and some ..

Hmmm, grilled cheese. A foin idea. I wasn't sure what I wanted for lunch.

It just sounded so good.. I was watching the food channel and Sarah Moulton was making a sort of "grilled cheese french toast souffle" and it gave me the idea... I was too hungry to opt for the full souffle thing so I just went for the grilled sammy and a cup o' joe!

I don't have the knowledge, skills or kitchen stock for anything so elaborate. But we've always the bread, Kraft singles or thins, and a pan.

So I'm away to that, and then perhaps a nap before mowing a semi-hay-field. We've had several days of rain, and except for this few hours respite, expect another 6 or 7 such days.

Oh it's actually easy... basically like the French croque monsieur.. the bread is battered like french toast, in an egg beaten with cream, then baked til it's all puffy and delish..

That sounds simple enough. And much safer than tickling sleeping dragons, I expect.

I've cooked with sage, but never tried nodding with it. Is it difficult?

I suppose it's one of those skills that is only taught in the bigger cities and stuff. Ah well, I can only dream of such knowledge and skills one day.

I'm fairly certain you're not missing much... I personally learned it at Hogwarts..

I've heard of that place. One day, I may even read an episode of the life and times there ...

Or rent the videos... they are favorites of mine.. I make PC take me to them the second they come out..
