I don't remember his name, but there was a French politician (or perhaps military guy - I'm not sure but I think politician) who became famous with this quote (among other thinks)
J'agit et puis je pense.
I act and then I think.

So if you ever speak again before thinking, who knows, you might get famous by doing so too...

First of all, it isn't "J'agit..." but
J'agis et puis je pense.
Agir: j'agis, tu agis, il agit, ...
And this isn't quote from a French politician, but from a Flemish (Belgian) one: Achilles Van Acker, in French.
So I erred and then I thought, but I'm quite sure I won't get famous by having done so.
