'Wise man'

Mr Connolly, my R.E. teacher was talking to some younger pupils, and he reffered to me as "a wise man... who hadn't quite discovered the meaning of life yet though". 3 years ago, a friend of mine called David asked Mr C in order to catch him out, "What is the meaning of life", to which Mr C replied "42". David wanted to know what this meant so he went to Mr Wright the other R.E. teacher, and he gave the same answer. After e-mailing Mr C about this, I was told to read the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, for there I will find the answers I seek. So there began my quest, which continues yet.
