Officially The Greatest Journal Entry Ever
Posted May 5, 2004
Yes, the panel convened today to *unianimously* vote this entry the best journal entry they had ever seen.
The head of the panel, who represents 100% of the members, said he was so glad he wrote the entry and hadn't expected such universal acclaim.
The panel will begin voting next week on "Sexiest H2G2 Researcher" and the results are awaited with anticipation.

It's also a tribute to the 15-year old who prevented the bus in Ostrobotnia from driving into a river.

If only!
(Incidentally, if there are any US researchers reading this, I've been trying to clear up the difference in the UK between Sherbet and Sorbet with someone who learnt American English:
What is the name for fruit-flavoured ice, and what is the name for fizzy white sugar-powder in the States?)
