Thanks for the birthday wishes for himself though. 14 He's having half a dozen of his friends over for a sleepover and scary filums and wotnot, God help me. It's bad enough when he has one or two mates over, boys feet stink the whole house out

We were visiting the mice ,and they were as nice as ever.but it was actually getting cold in the evening a couple of days before we left

His sleepover was a great success, lots of laughing, giggling, chatting into the wee small hours, they all looked like death the next morning

Just thought, that's later than you usually go on your hols isn't it? Or is that my attention thingy again? Glad you had a good time, I expect you made a major improvement to the US economy too while you were there huh?

We got back on bonfire night morning,,,that sounds odd,but i'm sure you'll know what i mean!!!!
We were late going this year,we went the same time as the eldest ,her hubby ,and the girls(15,14,and 11 now).It has to be school holiday times
I didn't do as much shopping as usual,but i managed to get a bit in
I can imagine how the sleepover went,we were in the company of six teenagers while we were away,three of them boys,and the others were almost teenagers,i reckon that can affect the attention span seriously!!!
It was all enjoyable really,but i had a horrible cold when we went ,and spent the return flight shivering,with a high temperature ,and lots of aches and pains.....the inbetween days were good though!!
