Party Time

Went to a party on Friday night - first time I've been out on the friday night for *ages*. It was soooo much fun!!! People kept buying me drinks, which was nice of them

I just did my AS French Oral today at 10.30. 'Twas quite bizarre. The guy was Welsh, so I understood his French better than his English!!! No offence intended to all you lovely Welsh people out there 
But anyway, it was quite cool really. I did a presentation on Marriage + Divorce in France, which depressed me a bit...did you know that 185,400 marriages were celebrated in 1999 and 117,000 divorces happened in 1998 - and the number has quadrupled since the '60s??? Betcha didn't. Ok, so who am I talking to here??? 
Anyway, he asked me what my ideal husband would be like (rich) and what age I'd like to get married, and did I think that the Catholic Church had an effect on marriage + divorce in France, given that it is a Catholic country, and why had the number of divorces increased!!! I think it went ok, it was very odd though. He also asked me various things about school and what I thought of the Euro. But at least it's over. Oh, and just to add to that - I came top in Greek + French mocks + 2nd in the Modern History mock so yah boo sux
