You have made a great start by opening your space I LOVE Cows with Guns and all their "bad cow puns" and am intrigued with why you can't discuss Gheorgheni - it's a town in Romania isn't it? Or perhaps it has another meaning ...

Greetings, Feisor. Thanks for the welcome. I'm looking forward to learning more about h2g2 through the links provided. It's fascinating.

I've been doing searches through the Guide and reading entries with much interest; someday (soon I hope) I'll be feeling confident enough to hazard writing an entry. I always feel I don't know enough... In the meantime, I'll try to keep up my journal.

Glad you like Cows With Guns, too; the only good humorist is a dry humorist, but a few cowpats never hurt anybody. (Did you know there was an annual cow-pie throwing contest, in the US I think? My head is full of such irrelevant information.)

The history of the Gheorghenis is one for which this world is not yet ready, but I think a hint or two will appear in my journal.

No ... we're ok here - it's the rest of the world that's out of synch

You should start a campaign to redo maps, with the Southern Hemisphere on top. Equal time, at least.
