Beautiful day yesterday. We're not getting enough rain, though we did drive through a short shower.
While traipsing around looking at the first oil well and other wonders in the Titusville region, we came back to the farm and drove around nearby Mineral Springs, where you can really see how low the water table is right now.
We also spotted a doe and two fawns visiting a farmhouse in the area. Video here. To clarify for Europeans: those are Virginia white-tailed deer, the native variety for our part of the world. They are the opposite of endangered. They're underfoot, and eat your garden. But yes, they're the cutest things you ever saw.
