Introduction
OK, by popular petition... <g>
I'm a programmer who lives in Spain, more exactly in Madrid although I am from the NW corner country called Galicia (we have two languages, spanish and a local one, galician, which can be considered a brother or a dialect of portuguese).
I am co-creator of the Galician Science-Fiction Society (AGASF) ([URL removed by moderator]) and general bad writer (although I love it). I play email RPGs in USENet alt.starfleet.rpg newsgroup (http://www.egroups.com/group/starfleet-rpg" >http://www.egroups.com/group/starfleet-rpg). I have written a lot of (and even published a couple) SF, which together with history is a passion of mine...
I also enjoy japanese martial arts, and hold a black belt in Aikido (http://www.aikidofaq.com" >http://www.aikidofaq.com) by the Spanish Judo Federation. I have been training (although not as of late, too much work and a very uncomfortable injury in my left foot) in fencing, due to my interest in studying the old XV, XVI and XVII centuries spanish rapier and daga 'uerdadera destreça de las armas', as it was called, defense. The study is still in its early stages, but I already have the national Library investigator id card, and my intention is to start asap...
Not much more, I guess... I love music, playing the guitar, Pokemon, whales and cetaceans in general, ants and IA...
