I am Bob (The Incessant Whistler), although that's just a shorthand for Bob (The Incessant, Continual, Perpetual, Constant, Persistent, Endless, Uninterrupted, Unbroken, Non-stop Whistler) :-P. You may also remember me from "Bishops' Ring 2000 - The Art Of Capitalisation" and many other illuminating works.
