Welcome to H2G2
My name's Bistroist and I'm one of the Guide's Assistant Community Editors (ACE's).
We're a friendly bunch of volunteers who roam this place trying to be as nice and helpful as possible, and meet and greet as many newcomers as we can.
The ACEs homepage is at http://www.h2g2.com/Aces
As you might already know, there's a welcoming message to all newcomers over here
http://www.h2g2.com/Welcome
Make sure you check in in this weeks thread at the Newcomers Welcome page, http://www.h2g2.com/Welcome-Newcomers
btw. In case you haven't noticed, the "Don't Panic" button in the top menu bar links to an occasionally useful help section.
Don't worry if you don't understand any of this, just stick this in your ear

Hi there!
Don't you just love form letters :o)
...I just saw that a fellow newbie was online, and thought I'd drop a line. I can only encourage you to make a visit to Denmark when you get tired of visiting the same places over and over again.
Greetings, Journeygirl.

Incidentally, Bistroist is also Danish (the nationality, not the pastry), and I bet he would agree if he ever came by here again ;o)

Hello Journeygirl. How are you? I know what is like to travel alot. I have lived in Germany, umpteen places in the US, and been through many places in Europe. I do not travel much anymore though. I wish I could. I like it. Talk to you later.
Greetings, Journeygirl.
