Today I discovered a new found hate of those little smiley faces that researchers seem to think are essential to anything they type, along with the colon and bracket things. i.e,

or :0 or :> etcetera etcetera ET BLOODY CETERA!! Is anyone ever going to realise that these things are not funny or cute they are merely ANNOYING!!! <SMILEY>
GAAAAAAH!!!!!!
I think I'll go and vent my anger about rock music now. The Guide is a very good way to relieve agression.

Today was the day I started working as a field researcher for the Hitch Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy. Seems liek a decent enough thing, though the search engine's a little buggered. Search for "Hats" and you seem to get every single entry in the entire bloody thing. However, I must say it's an extremely good idea. I'm planning some entries on the occult etc and will make one as soon as I think of something. By "something" I do of course mean something associated with the occult, not just anything. We are constantly thinking of things, especially in our subconscious minds and, if we didn't think of anything at all, our mouths would seize up, our hearts would stop beating and we would rid ourselves of all symptoms of moving, breathing or, in fact, living.
