Ha! So it's true - girls DO like shiny things .
Say, do you want to come for dinner tonight? Charlotte and Neil are staying until tomorrow, we're having a barbecue (I think) and opening a couple of bottles of wine 
. We can watch some dvds, or whatever. We even have a pack of cards so we can play poker if you want! You don't have to stay late, I know you're working tomorrow. My family would love to have you here, so would I

Sorry, but I only got 3 hours sleep last night, so I was planning to go to bed *really* early, like 6 or 7. Sorry I'll miss Charlotte and Neil, they're great

Yeah I slept in til about 10. Work was pretty tiring, it was raining so we got busy. But I got home and mum had made lemon chicken with rice, awesome. I love my mum.

Did you get your Xbox fixed? Chanel was mightily impressed with you by the way, talking about video games and Lord of the Rings and stuff. She said you are "very cool". So, er, there's a recommendation to go on your CV .

No, I haven't gotten it fixed, but it was working ok, but now it's stopped working again 
I'm trying to get it to work again - and it is now, but probably not for long

No we haven't! Good thinking. Charlotte & Neil will be down Friday night but I suspect they'll be tired.
I was going to see if you wanted to go into town today with Chanel and I but don't think I can be bothered going now. Are you working Thursday? We can go then if you're interested. I'm saving money for Wellington, but YOU have 50 bucks!
