It looks like you're off to a great start! I really liked your cheese entry! 
You'll find a lot of cheese lovers here on h2g2. I don't know exactly what that means however. 
I'm one of the site's official meeters and greeters (the ACEs - Assistant Community Editors). But I'm also a Scout and a Subeditor. Scouts search the site for interesting new entries that aren't already included in the Edited Guide. The Subeditors take entries from the Scouts and put them into the Edited Guide.
This entry is a good start, however, you've still got a ways to go before it can be included in the Edited Guide. If you want some helpful pointers, check out http://www.h2g2.com/writing-guidelines
