Swapping Regions

I off to work, in Europe for four weeks, admittedly still in the same building at work, but a whole new load of languages to deal with, and night and weekend work 
But still it should be fun, but my hours and time on the internet will be even more confused than usual. I'll catch up with you all at some point no doubt.

Moving and no home net access

Well I've moved, and I haven't got any home net access at least until the end of the month Oh well, so I wont be posting on h2g2 much until then, ho hum.

Only one hundred english pounds

Finally got my phone bill for this quarter and I was pleased to discover that it was only £100, about 100 less than I thought it was going to be, so that's nice even if the amount is still huge.

Well I officially feel terrible

Not only have I been awake far too long, getting woken up at 8am by the Dustmen outside crushing cars, well that's what it sounded like, I was very suprised not to find small cubes of metal parked in the road.
It's now 3am and I've just had the worse taxi ride home ever, fingers crossed I won't ever have to do that again. He had no sense of direction, had the sunroof open so it was freezing, played his music far too loud and then asked me how to get back to London, I said I didn't know as I was in no mood for being nice as I wanted to scream. But anyway home now and that makes me happy.
Paid my deposit so the the flat is now ours for a year, handing over all those crisp twenty pound notes was hard though. Moving in a week, time to start packing. Sleep would be a good idea first though.
