Mades: lo-fi writer.
Hello.
Welcome to my space.
I'd like to introduce myself. I'm Mades. I earn my money by making sure networks are communicating and functioning properly. At my spare time i do other things. Top5 things to do are:
1. write scripts. i'm currently writing a book of poems, a book about legendary records and a children's book about a toy lion flying around the world.
2. listening to music. i love music - everything from lo-fi rock via avantgarde jazz to orchestrated pop. For instance: Will Oldham. Motorpsycho. bob hund. Gram Parsons. Spiritualized. Nick Cave. Pavement. JSBX. Can. Webb Brothers.
3. taking lomographs. i have a LOMO camera. forgetting the traditional photo rules, i shoot from the hip. Taking pictures of that moment in time.
4. being with my girlfriend. just started hanging out with a girl again. had almost forgotten how well it feels to have one to wake up next to. someone to kiss. someone to call when one feels blue.
5. act. i joined a amateur theatre group a few months back. we've just been playing around with impro so far, but i think we'll soon choose a play to act out on stage.
besides, i'm also starting to set up a 'band' with my brother. we'll try to mix wordbits with underground, experimental music. Looking forward to it.
