h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

I came over to look at your Space, via a perplexing path, because I've admired many of your posts. I saw on your Journal that you think it might be time to move on and so thought I'd like to say hi before you did.

If you distance yourself from h2g2, I hope it would be for real life activites rather than the provocatice mutterings from some probably very sad little person.

It's more real world stuff than the troll, to be sure. My PhD thesis is due in December, and needs lots of revisions, and I'm teaching two classes and working part time at the campus pub. So yeah, a bit busy.

The troll ...that's just emotionally draining, so I'm just not paying her any mind. She's rude, and can't make up her mind if I'm an over-educated neoliberal dilettante, or an uneducated neoconservative who patronizes everyone. That right there tells me that she's got absolutely no clue. Ah well.
