Always hard writing about myself. I guess the best way is to do it as if I were writing about someone else.
Writer_robin is the nom de net of an American-born author. He currently resides outside the United States in the country known as Northern California, where he makes a living (barely) selling smuggled acorns to red squirrels ("red" as in the color of their fur, as opposed to their political leanings [although some red squirrels are in fact Red as well]).
Robin would like to state for the record that he is male. Whilst the name Robin is generally recognized in the UK as a male appellation, it is still androgynous in the United States. He states this somply so he won't be inundated with requests as to what he is wearing.
Robin stumbled across H2G2 purely by accident, but had the presence of mind not to panic, as he had brought along his towel.
