Tired? Or smiley - hangover?

btw: A little Pennsylvania trivia - it is impossible to become hungover when attending a meet-up here. smiley - winkeye

In all seriousness, I've been very impressed at how smiley - cool you've all remained while working in such a serious environment (or at least what I perceive to be such a serious environment).

smiley - cheers

Staying smiley - cool here, well it helps to have a funky boss! smiley - ok
It's a bit difficult at times, you're right, it is a serious environment, but I think they appreciate that h2g2 is a bit of a special case. It works because it's smiley - cool and unusual. Mark really has had a profound influence on the site and the way things are done. I think we're alright until he goes, but he'd be hard to replace, if we had a new serious Editor it might change. And that'd be a real shame. I think I'd smiley - cry.

So we'll just have to keep Mr Moxon here then won't we? Chain him to his desk or something! smiley - ok

Funny, I was watching an American football game the other day and I swear one of the players was named Mark Moxon.

I meant to ask him about that...

Moonlighting? smiley - winkeye

Oh, and speaking of the moon - smiley - fullmoon is coming up soonish. smiley - yikes

smiley - grr My brain and I simply don't get along some days...

It was the movie 'Varsity Blues' and the one player had a jersey with 'Moxon' on the back. I only tuned in for the final 'big game' sequence. I think his name was Jonathan instead of Mark. But it was late at night and I had a bit of a head cold and was pretty well medicated at the time...

Still, it made me laugh quite a bit to see our fearless Editor leading his team down the field...

Yes, it happens all the time. Once a travel writer always a travel writer, or so he says! smiley - smiley

Yes, Africa appeals to him. It's also huge so it means he can go for years and have a good excuse! smiley - winkeye He isn't actually planning to go right now though, he's just pontificating about it.
