I'm not quite sure about your variations of check-out/ check out, though. Oxford online has it as one word

so I've gone with that for now -except for the title. From the PR thread I understood that was intended as a pun, and although I don't get it, I've left this one as it stands.

Sorry, Bel, I thought I replied to this over the weekend (but I guess I didn't).
As pedantic as PR usually is, I was surprised to discover that check-out/check out didn't come up in Review. Checkout is fine with me, thanks for picking it up - especially since no one else did.
The double meaning of the title is that checkout is the subject of the Entry, but the title invites readers to "check out" (investigate, or learn more about) checkout, which is a job in retail. Does that help?
