Disability/outsider arts down your way

Hi broe,
I wonder if you can help me with something I'm looking into for my present temporary employers? I'm on a w**k placement with a theatre company that specialises in working with actors with learning disabilities. They're currently working on an ambitious plan that would involve touring the States, and their planned route goes right through St. Louis.
The thing is that they want to meet other groups who provide arts facilities for people with disabilities. It doesn't matter what field of the arts they're in, or what type of disability is catered for. They're also interested in 'outsider art' - that is, art (especially eccentric, original art) made by people without formal training.
I've tried a web search and have found The DisAbility Project on http://www.disabilityproject.com . Do you know of anything else along those lines around St. Louis?
