I'm a Venturer as well (the Australian equivalent, I assume, of Venture Scout 
), although I've just gone up to Rovers - I went rock-climbing with them on the weekend and all my reaching muscles hurt!! I've been given your entry on frefall abseiling to edit - I'm sure that once I've had a chance to read through it properly I'll have some questions, but form a first glance it looks really good
