i saw a forum post of yours saying that you are in the midwestern united states. i was just wondering what part, as i find it fascinating that i can meet people just next door via a website from england. i'm in st. louis. are we neighbors?

Hey back at cha.
Hummmmm. St. Louis. Let see... yeah, pretty much in a "midwestern US" sort of way but not in a "I've bumped into you at the police station where I'm trying to post bail" sort of way. I'm a bit north of Cincinnati (Ohio) - I'd guess about 365 miles (~600 KM) from the arch.

Anyway, with the web, I consider everyone a neighbor. And the absurdity of it all (knowing people online but not ever meeting the person who lives in the apartment [that's American for "flat" I believe] next to me : I may have seen them once???), has helped me actually get out in the world a little bit more. That's where I'm headed right now (well, not right now as in right this minute, but in a couple of hours). Some real world stuff... if listening to Limp Bizkit and Sublime covers is considered "real".

BTW : I say Dallas Drake play college hockey the year they won the national championship. Now that he's on the Blues, I check on their status every now and then - pretty good season so far, eh?
