I was Away For A Week. Now I'm Back From A Week. Lake Chelan. They had snow there. . Haven't gotten around to changing my name yet.
So, how are things going with you? I've heard rumors that one of the language teachers at my school will be teaching Elvish next year. I was hoping there would be a summer class... We'll see.

Things are ok here, except that I won't be seeing you this Thursday at Knowledge Bowl. The guy in charge says next time, for sure, I will be there. Oh, well.

I haven't seen snow since a little while before Thanksgiving. You are so lucky. I used to live in that area, though, so I know how much it can snow there. When Mom and my sister and I lived in a mobile home around there, we once got snowed in for three days! I thought it was cool. My sister wasn't old enough to remember anything. And Mom got scared. But Mom gets scared by mice, so I still don't lose any sleep over it. It was kind of fun, when I was five, anyway. Maybe not so much fun now.

I'm rambling again, aren't I?

Could I join that Elvish summer class if there is one? Would they let me do that? Please?

I just got 2 big ugly (you wouldn't bayleef how ugly--we're talking 2 1/2 pages of quarter inch graph paper with 8 by 8 graphs here, and _boring_ graphs at that) math assignments done in one night. This is not even the odd (even the odd~~?!) ones, but like 50 problems per assignment.

But two whole math assignments! Considering that on average I get one assignment per day, and complete one every three days... (But I have a B- in math! 96% on tests and 47% on homework! )

Is that or what?

Just had a thought: What if my team isn't competing when yours is? What day are you competing on, so I can check it on my schedule?

We always compete on Thursdays. Once per week. My next match is at Mt. Tahoma vs. Mt. Tahoma and Clover Park.

Good for you, getting two assignments done in one night. We never have stuff like that.

And as far as the Bayleef pun...
