*thinks of pointing out that the section on what she does all day gives a pretty good clue...*
*decides that would be a liitle mean*
California, just outside Sacramento. (I work *in* Sacramento) And you live in/around Boston, right?

Yeah. Right outside of Boston in this small, rich, bombastic, suburban town packed with old geezers that buy three houses on a street, knock them all down, then build one enormous house. Oh, and we all have really big pools that we only use for three months a year...
Five or so days ago it was 75 degrees out, and then three or so days ago I suppose New England Weather realized that Sol was stepping on its turf, and decided that it would act like itself, blocking out the sun and covering the earth in over four inches of snow...
~ramble~ramble~ramble~
I'll have to plan a visit to California then...

I still need to figure out a way to broach the subject of the possibility of 2legs visiting, and I've known him *forever* (well, OK, since end of July/early August, but it seems like forever) or of Light visiting, and Tom already knows we have a standing invitation to stay at her house... Of course, I did get Tom to say maybe about us going to the Pennsylvania meet this summer (I hope the maybe turns into a yes...) I should try to see how much that would cost, roughly...

So many Northeastern US meets
I've been pushing for a Boston Meet for the longest time but no one besides me really cares about it much anymore...
*shrug*
Ah, well.
Anyway, I'm going to get off the computer and finish up this vast amount of work that I really don't want to do but have to.
Goodnight, Amy

Just stopped by Amy the Ant's space, and saw 'Antfarm'... Don't take Amy's not answering personally--she's feeling especially not well... (Just thought I'd let you know, as I tend to do the same thing... Ask 2legs or Baggy about when I was convinced she didn't like me anymore...)

I figured that might have been the case regarding the thread...
I love that thread, though. Amy's great. You're great too, Amy. But anyway, on that thread I get to act as a caretaker/nurse/friendi'vealwayswantedtobe and mix crazy fruit drinks with the teeny umbrellas and such...
I'll inquire with 2Legs about that, though...

That was sort of a rhetorical statement, but you can if you want... Or, to see a milder version of my doubts, look at 'Hi Amy! It's Amy...' on Amy the Ant's page...

No, you didn't... I just didn't get a chance to get online from home last night.
As to music... I'll listen to just about anything, except rap and most country... What's usually playing at home though is Contemporary Christian stuff (hey, don't knock it 'til you've heard it) because that's what Tom usually listens to, and what he writes and plays. Christian Metal, too...

Please excuse my ignorance regarding the genre, but isn't Christian Metal a contradiction?
And would 'Have a Talk With God,' by Stevie Wonder fit into Contemporary Christian Rock?

Christian Metal--What else would you call music that has the metal sound, with lyrics praising God? Try doing a search for Bloodgood, the first Christian Metal band, back in the '80s... They were quite good...
It's been ages since I heard Stevie Wonder... The CDs and tapes Tom has are by Bloodgood, Third Day, Rez, Audio Adreneline, the WOW Worship collection for, um, can't remember the year, but it's the green one... Of course, this may not tell you a thing...

See how much I value this friendship...
I'll see what I can find by them on Morpheus...

Well, it is the great anti-work/motivation movie.
The best scene is where the cubicle dwellers take this printer that never works out into a field and smash it to little bits with baseball bats. It's filmed in slow motion and there's this hilarious gangster rap playing in the background...
(to be continued upon my return in an hour or so. Till then )
