Hey, great to hear from you. I found your blog very interesting. I was in America over the summer and had a fantastic time. Though just about every single person we met said they had always wanted to visit Ireland, which was quite strange. Except for one girl who asked, "Ireland? Is that like Paris?" smiley - smiley

Hey BeeP,

Glad to hear from you as well. Been a huge fan of Tolkien since high school and when the movies came out it was a fantastic expereince. I was a bit pit off by P.J.'s liberal use of the texts. Having Grima saying "Who knows what you spoke to in the darkness.." was almost heresy. Gandalf said those words but as a deep insight into Eowyn's inner sadness that Faramir set to rights.
Thanks for reading my log/blog. I try to keep it in the spirit of Hitchhikers Guide. I find most of what we take seriously and do is a kin to the team of desconstruction workers about to tare down Arther Dent's home. Don't get me wrong I am not a pessimist, too much work there and it contridicts the concept of chocolate. Yet, thre is a wise sorrow about life and at times it really becomes too apparent to ignore.
I would love to hear about your thoughts on just what this existence thing is anyway and why it is troubling us to answer its call.
All the best,
Ridge57
