Hello Teeky! and welcome to H2G2.
Yes, I remember the BSM driving school of Motoring advert!
Does that show my age???
I actually don't live that far from you, I live in Lincolnshire.
Do you like living there? Have you always? {So far, I mean!}
I am an Archangel, a fellow Researcher who has volunteered to help and guide new Researchers if they need it.

A double dose of welcome.
Doubt you'll be back.
Shame.

Why do you doubt that Teeky will be back?
Do you know Teeky IRL?

Well, sorry to disappoint some of you guys - but I'm BACK!
I've been just so busy lately. Tripping off to Brussels and Calais. Uploading photos to cyber albums, building web pages. Installing CD ROM R/Wers and offloading data onto them. All that sort of thing.
I'm glad to see that I wasn't totally forgotten. I dont know if you find that every Web facility you register for you seem to get another email address. Then it seems to take ages to check them all out. I know you can use POP3 but that doesnt seem to work for all accounts. I guess it will sort itself out in a few years when the hype of the cyber world calms down.
But in the meantime we have the Hitch-hikers guide. The nearest thing I have to a real guide at present is my Psion. That is pretty useful. It has motoring maps of Britain, France, London, the tube, the Metro, French phraseology, music note tests, IP subnet tables, conversion tables, latest emails, wine lists, STD codes etc etc. Only problem is I've got to load it all on. But we are almost there. Nokia make their PDA/mobile phone so that really can hook up to the H2G2 site and we have the beginnings of a real Guide. I wonder if Douglas Adams thought his creation would come to fruition so quickly?
That is evough rambling for the moment.
I need some feedback from reviewers as to whether the East Angian Country Music guide entry is at a stage where it could be considered for publishing in the guide.
Valutins,
Teeky
