Not Panicking...I Swear
Hello all, I am Indignan of the country Texas. I am presently stuck in an occupation where I stare at a computer screen all day and guide people through their technical ineptitudes. It is often referred to as Technical Support, yet it resembles more of a Technical Support Group, where people vent anger, cry a little, laugh hysterically, swear, sometimes hug (though I cannot see them) then hang up the phone. This process is repeatedly ad nauseam from 8am to 5pm.
I spend evenings reading, gardening (as forced upon me by my wife), exercising (when I find the will), and eating large handfuls of whatever. That is a typical day for me. I am greatly interested in many things, diverse and often unextraordinary, but they are many. These things include, but are not limited to, Science Fiction/Fantasy books, pipe-smoking (of the legal kind), the drinking of ales, world religions, hating politics fiercely, debating, candy, tiny kittens, daydreaming, coffee, and, my most recent discovery about myself, I like walnuts (never much of a nut person before).
I am a Protestant, but only religiously. I read my Bible, love Jesus, and pray frequently--this is my only means of keeping sanity close at hand. I am of the marrying kind what with 3 and a half years of service under my belt and am quite content. I enjoy the married life because my wife refuses to let me be bored. If ever I threaten boredom, she swoops in like a super-hero to relieve me with pleasantly titled "honey-do's" which, now that I think about it, resemble chores a great deal. Think that's it about me, nothing out-of-this-world or especially exciting, but for a life it's rather good in my opinion. Thanks for reading.
