Well actually I'm not sure that's how it works... I really don't know much about setting up websites, but I know for joining even a basic forum most places have a rule that if you're under 13 you're not allowed to have an account, and you have to be at least 16/18 before you're allowed to join up to things without permission from a parent. It's to keep kids safe.

I've just checked the Yahoo! Geocites and I *think* they do free hosting/domain...if you posted on Ask, people might be able to give you some better advice? I'm no expert ya see.
