It's much easier now of course. I mean, which is more difficult, German homework or re-filling drinks machines so the Oasis cans are together, the Oranginas aren't split tragically by lines of Coke 
and the healthy water-drinkers aren't offended by the nearby presence of Heinekken beer?

you can legally order your own drink when you're 16, but I think your parents can get you one, with a meal, when you're 14.

Our school has some German exchange students over
, but where do i first meet them? Not in school, or through a friend, no.. in Pizza Hut!
I realised I've never actually spoken to a German properly, face to face, save in a shop.
