Not too bad. When I sat down after the ride and 30 minutes later tried to stand again, I thought my legs wouldn't work at all. But I soon recovered.
Not bad considering I gave up cycling in the 80s.

My arm muscles scream if I play darts. I play about once every 2-5 years.

Really looking forward to our trip to Greece next week. The weather has turned cold here in Ireland but it should still be warm in Corfu.
Last time we were in Corfu, we had two small children. Now they're too busy in University to come with us.
Corfu doesn't have much in the line of ancient Greek ruins, but it has a lovely Venetian capital town where we'll spend a few days, and lots of good restaurants.
