I just discovered that you can't print entries bigger than two thirds of an A4 page in Barlesque.
I've reported it but I don't have much hope.

Pulls chain. Watches h2g2 going down the toilet.
Washes hands and leaves room.

I'm not sure I understand. You can't print any entry in brunel/goo/alabaster. Do you mean you can print them in barlesque but not the whole entry if it's larger than A4? Where's the loss?

You can print from Brunel etc if you copy into something like Word B'El!

You certainly can print entries in the old system. It isn't great because the margins take up a lot of the page, but you can print them. I often used to print out entries to proof-read over my lunchbreak.
One of the things I was told about the new system was that they had the printing part of it sorted. I finally got around to looking and found that it's even worse than before.

I know I can copy it, scorp. That's not what this is about.
Gnomon, it's not worth printing it directly. I just did, and apart from the first two pages which have the right side bar (complete with links) on them, the last 11 pages are half empty (where the side bar would be if there were any more links in it). The font is tiny, too. It's a total waste of paper, so I guess I'd just do the copy&paste like before, then do my own formatting thus saving probably about 50% of paper while having a readable font at the same time.

As I said when I reported it, it should print just the content part, without all the margins, as the margins are only links that are meaningless in a printed version.
If a user can't easily print a page, and the pages don't display properly on a portable device, then it's useless as a Guide to the Galaxy.

Looks like another issue to be sorted out post Beeb.

I never printed as, on a Mac, the format wouldn't print the links clearly, so C & P was the only reliable way, but then I only use Brunel and haven't changed over yet... Not an entomologist, so don't like bugs!

I'll second that, MMF.

I'm still managing in Classic Goo, and rarely print anything, thank goodness.
Hugs all those having problems
