Dragonfly. "A poet can survive everything but a misprint"-- Oscar Wilde Posted Oct 19, 2000
OH!!! It is a strange creature, which tends to bunt!!!
Nooo... ::giggles at herself::
It's like a cake made in a jello mould, if that helps!!! It has a hole in the middle, and it's kinda round with nice little edges and flat on the bottom!!! There was a cute recipe in a magazine that showed how to make a pumpkin out of two of them, the flat edges frosted together, if that helps you get an idea of its shape!!!

I get you.....so it's like a ring cake with fluted edges that curves towards the base....made out of whatever you want? Could there be such a creature as a chocolate brownie bunt cake? Or even a steak and kidney pie bunt cake?

Chocolate, cinnamon, lemon, sour cream, strawberry, blueberry, banana, bavarian chocolate, and Louisianna cream, yes(I put them out every so often at work), but steak and kidney pie, I'm not too sure of...
Can't tell you if it'd be popular in the states...

Never even seen one, to tell you the truth, but it seemed like a good enough thing to make a cake out of........us aussies tend to prefer a straight meat pie........I don't know about Finns...

OOoooo... I need to go to sleep... I shall have to dream dreams of kangaroos and koalas and pretty Aussie boys...
In the meantime, please don't allow Alien to do anything to me...
Thanks!!!

That's me, pretty aussie boy number one.......be sure and tell us about the dreams when you wake up...
I'll try to restrain her, but I make no guarantees....
And I'm sure I didn't mean to make anyone hungry....

Which was it...the cream-filled sponge cake? The multi-purpose bunt cake? Surely not the steak and kidney pie.....

I love cooking....I'll cook whilst you have a quick nap if you'd like.....
Im back...
tabatha Posted Oct 19, 2000
That'd be great... just dont make too much mess (do I sound like a mother?) as I still haven't got around to employing a maid here... how would I go about doing that I wonder? where could I advertise?...
*snuggles into beanbag preparatory to a good serious nap*

King Cthulhu of Balwyniti Posted Oct 19, 2000
A maid? Younger siblings are the best, if you have any handy....
So what do you want me to cook first?
Im back...
tabatha Posted Oct 19, 2000
Unfortunately no younger siblings available.... none in existence to tell you the truth...I will have to think of something better...Ill sleep on it...
You can cook whatever you like, I basically bought the shop, so theres ingredients for everything pretty much....How are you on Lemon Merangue pie - i really feel like that... but something savoury would be nice too...
