AN IDEA-OLOGIST ?
ANYBODY ELSE OUT THERE AN IDEA-OLOGIST ???
I've been afflicted as an "I-O" for 60 years.
As a schoolboy, inventing characters and plots for essays.
As a 40 year promotions careerist, inventing ads and sales ideas for commerce & industry.
As a leisure activity, inventing lifestyle, adventure and spacewar board games, petrol economiser, clothes drier, stepladder, greetings card range, historic stone giftwares, fastfoods savoury product, weeding tool, garden border edging...
And now, as a retiree, I have the best (registered) product idea of all... tested and rarin' to go. Regretfully, I have little get up and go to match, so the only place it may go is to the grave with me as one of those "if only" innovations.
I have always loved originating, detested selling. Hence I remain a creatively satisfied but economically deprived septuaganarian.
I'd like to hear from any other creative conceptualists who feel that mutual support and group action may drag us out of the sh--- and into the light.
