It was a good day! 
I was at a job interview at 'Pädagogische Dokumentationsstelle', kind of library for pedagogic materials - schoolbooks, childrens books etc.
Then we went to police thingie office and had my permit to stay here prolonged, and when I came home they called from PDS, saying that I can have the job. I don't start until August, though. I'm also going to have a job at the uni library where sunny works, at PDS it's about cataloguing and at UB about re-cataloguing.

I hope you will share some of your experiences
with us once you have started your new job(s),
Ottox. 
I started out as a cataloguer myself. My predecessor
was probably the world's worst cataloguer, so I
had to do quite a lot of recataloguing. 
I haven't done any cataloguing since 1987, though.
